No show/ late policy

At Viverant Integrative Clinic we ask that all patients, IV, injection, or addiction arrive on time for appointments. This helps keep our clinic running smoothly throughout the day. With that said we have a strict no-show and late policy. 15 minutes late to an appointment will result in a cancelation of an appointment and the patient will no longer be able to be seen that day. We kindly ask patients if they are running behind to call the clinic to inform us. Patients who don't call will be marked as a no-show and there will be a $25 fee. If you need to cancel an appointment, we would be happy to help you with that, give us a call and we can reschedule a make-up.

The same policy also applies to our addiction patients here at Viverant. We ask that all patients show up on time for their appointments. We no longer offer walk-ins. Patients who do not show up on time will be marked as a no-show and unable to be seen that day. A $25 no-show fee will be added to the patient's account.  All patients will be responsible for rescheduling their appointments. Appointments need to be done before the 15th of every month. If you need to reschedule or cancel, feel free to call us and we would be happy to help you.
